SHAMBOLIC! I purchased a property through this agency and on day of completion, no one was contactable for hours (once completion had taken place) the owner of the company was rude to my conveyancer, clearly no communication between staff as no one in the office knew where the property keys were. On challenging this I was then told the keys would be available after the weekend which wasn’t acceptable so ended up having to call and pay for a locksmith. There was no effort to problem solve this issue and was unimpressed at how I was treated on a day that should have been exciting. The fact also that I had an email days prior to completion saying they would make contact with the seller to make sure they were able to locate and take possession of the keys, yet clearly this was not followed up or implemented. More than disappointed.

I was in the process of completing a sale on my property. I searched in my desired location and could not find a property that I could set my heart on. I did however happen to come across a rental which I fell in love with.

I recommend, I recommend, I recommend ... It so happened that before the upcoming Christmas I had to move urgently and I applied to several agencies. Everywhere I had to call all the time and ask for a property viewing or other matters. And only at Pennell & Partners, everything went smoothly.
