We started our contract with Complete IT as the world went into lockdown and I am very glad that we did. The team there supported our move to remote working during the summer and have completely updated our IT infrastructure and security so that we can achieve the Cyber Essentials Plus certification. We are now in the process of moving to a larger facility and Complete are supporting that move. I would call out a member of their team that has been brilliant, but I won't as I don't want anyone else to use them!

It is with great sadness that we have finally parted the ways. over the years, and there are a few of them, you have always been there for us - me usually with a quick fix for me. The decision to change supplier was mad up in Manchester, personally for us in Sawtry I'm not sure this is the perfect option, but we now have to live with it, and I'm sure thing will and are getting better. We have been so grateful for the help we have received from CIT. Ellis was helpful in cleaning off the laptop and Danyal has done a superb job in getting us back in business. The thing which has impressed me the most is the very kind way in which Dan helped us cope with a difficult situation and has always been ready to help in any area we were not competent.
