I had an excellent experience staying at Upton House!

The check-in process was quick and simple, making the start of my stay stress-free. The location is perfect, centrally situated close to Northampton Town Centre, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby on Wellingborough Road.

The cleanliness was impeccable; the apartment was spotless and maintained to a high standard. I found it was fully equipped with all new amenities, and high-quality furnishings made my stay incredibly comfortable. I stayed for 14 days.

I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My stay at SILVA was exceptional. The facilities, service were luxury. Everywhere is clean, spacious and I felt comfortable.

Scotty was extremely nice and his customer service was top notch.

Wow….!. What a find Upton House has been for me. Scotty the host could not have been more welcoming when I first arrive almost three weeks ago. The length of my stay was unclear to start with and I have extended the stay several times. Scotty has been extremely accommodating to my last minute changes and needs. The apartments and I have stayed in three different ones since my arrival are all very well equipped and can only be described as ‘immaculate’. They are a true ‘home away from home’ and from the moment I walked through the front door I felt at home and very relaxed. Parking is perfect right outside the front or rear of the building, all very safe and secure. The location is great and very quiet too shops are not too far away. I would highly recommend booking and staying at Upton House…..?

We as a company have been using Air b&b for quite a while now but 31 Billing Road was probably the best we've stayed in!
Brand new very clean and very well managed by Scotty.A warm and friendly welcome and lots to watch on the tv

We arrived at Upton house it was a nice and easy check in and was greeted by Scott who was very friendly, the inside was very modern and spotless it had everything we could possible need, we extended our stay and was even given a dog bed for our fur animals and a toy which they loved the location is perfect and close to town centre and the super market 10/10 would definitely recommend
