Booked with these to go to Paris for champions league final.. Got a text night before flight to say flight times had changed and new flight numbers were received. Got to airport to carnage, nobody knew that their flight had either been cancelled or changed. Nobody at the airport to help with matters apart from one person called Graham who himself didn't know what was going on and didn't do anything to help anyone other than right names down for a refund. They came up with a list and said if you were on the list you were on the flight, the list was wrong so we went to check in and were refused because we weren't on the "list". Hundreds of people let down at 4am in the morning on the day we were meant to go. Nothing at all from the company not even an apology. No other flights or routes available, so people who had tickets for the game had to go back home. The people who did manage to get on a flight were guided by the airport staff (NO HELP FROM WORLD CHOICE). That flight was meant to be 4am, then 5.40am..it didn't take off until 10.45am so delayed for over 5 hours (we arrive at 2am at the airport). So we were stuck for 9 hours in the airport and obviously world choice sports are now refusing compensation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL TIMES IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Absolute shambles of a company.
Flight cost £700 to Paris.
Was supposed to be returning on the Sunday at 1600 hrs
Changed it last minute to a 8.00AM departure.
Had to arrange a taxi pick up at 5AM never used my hotel room which cost me £164
I’m now in the process of seeking compensation

Horrendous experience following Champions league final. Told my flight was cancelled so booked an alternative, then an hour later told my flight wasn’t cancelled! Lost all the money on the alternative flight I’d booked. Almost £600 for my son and myself and nobody at this company want to discuss matters or help settle things. I’ve been more than patient but keep getting fobbed off

They tell you at the airport that your flight has been cancelled. No explanation at all. Supposed to refund in a few days, after 2 weeks I had to chase them up.
Looks like they keep changing their name on Google reviews . When they change again I will submit another review.

This is the same company, same CEO, directors and company secretary as Worldchoice Sports. Now blaming 'broker' for non-existent flights to Champion's League Final in Paris today. Not much of an excuse as they are the broker. It is your customers who have been badly let down, by you.

if there was an option for no stars then this company would have it, left stranded in Paris after the CL final, Got to the airport and the flight was cancelled. No emails & no communication from them to explain why. Absolute disgusting from them ! Never again
