We have had many wonderful holidays with HPB, over the last 5 Years. The individual sites and accommodation are of a very high standard.
We have never been disappointed, and look forward to the future bookings we have.
HPB have been very helpful and looked after all bondholders during the pandemic, making sure that we are able to rebook any cancelled holidays at no extra cost.
An excellent company, and one we are pleased to be a part of.

We absolutely love HPB, having many holidays over nearly 30 years and made further investment only last year. We always feel as though we have come home as it were, we trust the comfort and cleanliness of each property as they are all expertly managed. This last year has been challenging for everyone and we have had several bookings cancelled, but HPB has risen to the challenge, returning our points and holding over our user charge for up and coming holidays which we are so looking forward to. The best investment we have ever made, thank you and do not change.

I invested in HPB in 2005 and have never regretted it. Having had a couple of bad experiences renting villas, we were looking for holiday properties that one could rely upon. HPB delivers, the properties are always, well furnished, well maintained and squeaky clean. Apart from having very high standards in the properties, I would say HPB are very ethical, the exact opposite of a dodgy timeshare outfit. During Covid they were very prompt refunding both holiday points and user charges as holidays got cancelled. They were also brilliant at getting speedy refunds from airlines where they had made the booking.
Personally I only use the overseas sites but all are first class in interesting locations and the thing that perhaps makes all the difference are the site managers. Nothing is too much trouble from recommending and booking local restaurants to practical help in an emergency.
I have recommended HPB to many of my friends and none have regretted investing and enjoying high quality, worry free vacations.

Our investment in HPB started in 1996 and we consider it to have been one of our best. Whenever we go on an HPB holiday we are certain that there will be quality accommodation, spotlessly clean and we will be welcomed warmly. The grounds are always immaculate and a source of pride and, except for the smallest sites, the leisure facilities are ideal for both individuals and families.
Other investments may, over the years, have made money but HPB is the only one we see and enjoy the benefits year after year.
We've recommended membership to several friends with great confidence. They are all glad they joined.

We made our first investment in 2004, something we have never regretted and since then increased our holding whenever possible.
Our first holiday was to celebrate a significant birthday with our family everyone was blown away by the facilities, attention to detail and friendliness of all staff, since then all similar events ,whenever possible , have been at an HPB site.
Our own holidays have averaged 4 to 6 weeks a year both in this country and abroad, the support of head office staff when making bookings seeking advice or support of the travel club has always been 110%.
Whilst every site is individual and has its own character we always know the standards and facilities will maintained to HPBs high level.

The HPB set up is there to make you the customer feel comfortable and the management go out of their way to ensure that is the case. The holiday accommodation is superb as it is extremely well equipped, comfortable and allows you have a great holiday. The mix of locations available is excellent in that it offers a mix of U.K. and foreign locations as well as ones by the sea and others in scenic countryside places. It is one of the best investments I have ever made and we have enjoyed over 30 years of wonderful holidays.

HPB properties are all in beautiful locations, are fully equipped, immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. Site managers and staff will do anything to help make everyone’s holiday enjoyable. Booking staff are always pleasant and helpful. If you want self-catering holidays in quiet locations, HPB would be very hard to beat. My wife and I have been members for 20 years and don’t regret our investment for a moment
