Very unreliable opening hours and days in my experience, so I will stop using this post office. Shame as it is the only one in town, and one of a few (supposedly!) open on a Sunday. I have just walked all the way there and back with a large parcel I wanted to post. 😠 If closing, as well as a paper sign in the window I suggest updating google my business.

There was only one person serving, but I’ve never seen someone at the post office work so fast and efficiently- there was a long line when I went in, and it was all gone within minutes, I was really impressed.

Literally the worst post office ever. The shop itself is awful, piled with junk that takes up the majority of space. Never enough staff, was only one person on just now with a line of about 8 or 9 people behind me. This post office really needs an overhaul and quickly

Not very polite woman counter. Did not want to receive my letter saying I should place it outside as it was paid. I know if I place my later outside, it will take ages as the collection is not every day.
Anyway, extremely unhelpful and treating the customers as she is doing a favour for in taking our letters or parcels.
I will try never come back. The unique Post Office in Hemel, and how they to not have competitors, that could be the reason of the bad customer service.
If you can avoid them, please do, as they can ruin your day. 🙁

Terrible location, no parking, no vehicular access, understaffed and far too small for a main post office. Business will continue to decline and then the Post Office will close it.

UPDATE THE HOURS ON GOOGLE IF YOURE NOT ACTUALLY OPEN ON SUNDAYS. MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME.
