Lovely place. Clean, tidy, quiet, relaxing. I have to give a comme to the cooking staff/breakfast staff on their attentiveness for people with allergies. They are magnificent! The chef comes out personally and really goes to town investigating what you are allergic too, details how they will cook and clean everything before hand and are just super careful. Brilliant and totally set my mind at ease. The only downside is, my god the whole hotel is hot. None of the air conditioning appears to be working in any part of the hotel, and there are fans adorning the hotel. It can make it difficult to sleep. Shame

I have been staying at this Premier Inn for business on and off for a few years. It would be easy to overlook this little Jem on the side of the A41. What really sets it apart is it banging breakfast. Andy the chef is ex military and his breakfasts are phenomenal! They are made to order. His poached eggs and crispy edged bacon are spot on as is his porridge. Hygiene rating is 5stars. Premier Inn should roll out Andy breakfasts to the whole chain. Please take him on as an advisor. I stay a lot at Premier Inn and the buffet breakfasts are normally average. Though this branch has not been updated and given the purple strip light treatment and doesn’t have AC, the windows open which I much prefer and the rooms are super clean. What really makes this Premier Inn head and shoulders above the rest is the staff. Many are older and all the better for it as their friendly customer service is better than many high end establishments that I have visited on holiday. Go team you deserve a raise!

Really nice stay, and lovely clean rooms. Would have been nice to have air con as the rooms did quite warm, even with the windows open, but they did provide a fan. Breakfast was lovely as well, you can order as much hot food as you like, which was great as it seemed a bit more fresh than when you have the buffet style, but still came out quickly. All the staff were super lovely as well. Location is a bit hard to get anywhere unless you drive, and ubers are hard to get, but there is a local taxi company who were pretty reliable. Overall, a very nice stay

The rooms are everything you expect clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. They could do with more staff as the staff are good and very helpful but run off their feet in busy times.

we are very frequent and familiar with these hotels as a company and its always interesting to see ones you have not come across i approached an unsual small slightly run down hotel on appearance BLISTERING HEAT NO A/C!!! Little bit rundown exteriorly... ||But then i was greeted by the wonderful staff Sami the frontman was funny charming attentive and made me fee at ease ! I cant imagine the pains of the chefs and waitresses battling with the heat but smiled on with no attitude and total professionalism ||IMNU really cared what i wanted to eat i gave her a bit of a challenge with the desert lets say but a lovely manner and general care||SAMI (this is what you want as a front man dealing with the likes of business professionals and holiday makers alike, effortless care and charm.||The staff made this slightly rundown out of date y hotel a good experience||Corporote

I stayed for one night to attend a wedding nearby. I returned to the hotel midnight, and unfortunately, I was feeling dizzy and suspected that my blood pressure had dropped. I stepped outside to get some fresh air. Malik, who was working at the reception that night, noticed I wasn't feeling well and immediately asked if everything was okay. When I told him about my condition, he kindly brought me some juice to help. Not only that, but he also checked on me an hour later to make sure I was alright. I was truly touched by his kindness and professionalism. Malik is one of the most attentive and thoughtful staff members I have ever encountered. I want to especially thank him for going above and beyond to help me that night. Premier Inn is lucky to have such a dedicated person on their team.

Great hotel, never stayed here before but will again. A bit noisy with the window open as the room was a bit warm but with it shut and the blackout blinds and the really comfy bed we had a great sleep. Nice fluffy towels and body wash. Great staff especially the guy on the reception and bar at night (so sorry we didn't take your name) and Andy the chef who does the best breakfast I think I've ever had. Apparently you can just drop in for breakfast even if you are not staying there and at £10.99 for all you can eat yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, toast, juice, fancy coffees and then a cooked to order breakfast (vegan/veggie options available too) on a wonderfully hot plate (take note other hotels) I would definitely recommend it. Be aware that you might need to book on a Sunday as they have limited seats in the restaurant area. Evening meals were good too and all freshly cooked to order.

Hotel was good for the price point and the breakfast was well worth the money. However, our experience was ruined as my daughter left my wife's wireless buds in the room and when we remembered phoned up to be told they wasn't there. Obviously have a dishonest cleaner there as we know exactly were they were left.
