Been coming to the Adeyfield post office for many years now. Very lovely& polite staff, even when very long queues. Michelle always asks how I am and has a conversation with me when it may be busy. She really makes my day as she’s always happy & smiley! Thank you for being such a lovely and welcoming post office!

Had been to a couple of different PO’s to get my vehicle tax and taxation class changed, who couldn’t help me, I was getting worried I’d be without a car until I could sort it. Then I went to Adeyfield and it was all done without a problem, direct debit set up!! Fantastic service with an amazing warm friendly smile 😊 thank you so very much!!

The lady behind the til was fantastic she helped me from putting money in the photo booth to doing the passport form . Definitely went above and beyond and was so cheerful it was a treat to be treated like a human being

Myself and my family went there today to renew our passports. We had filled in the forms, not realising that it could be done digitally there and then. Because we were not aware and a bit of miscommunication between us and a member of staff, we paid for non digital photos, then found out from another member of staff that we could have done it digitally.
The lovely very helpful lady explained that we could retake the photos digitally, and they would not charge us for doing so bless them.
They then helped us retake the photos, even being very patient with our SEN daughter as sometimes her understanding of what needs to be done, and what she needs to do, can take a few attempts.
After all the pics for the 4 of us were retaken, the member of staff behind the main counter then processed all our applications, and prepared them for sending.
The staff were very polite and understanding, I believe one of them is called Bal Kor.
All in all, a most pleasurable experience, and we would highly recommend going there to renew your passports or for anything else post office related.
