I use Kings Ace Cars 4 days a week to get to and from work and the service is excellent. The drivers are friendly and polite, helpful and punctual. If there is an issue, I will get a phone call. The cars are clean and comfortable.
I will often have the same driver - Kamil 542 has been a regular driver. Kamil is punctual, excellent communication, friendly and helpful. He drives with care and attention.
I would highly recommend this company for any journey.

I had a very excellent experience with this taxi service driver number 839. The driver picked me up from the airport on time and was extremely helpful throughout the journey. Had a lovely journey with Kumar this morning. He was outside my house on time. Very comfortable, clean premium car. Kumar looked fab in his suit! Will definitely recommend !

We were collected this morning by Kumar in his lovely clean Mercedes. He was punctual chatty and friendly and dressed in a suit and tie.
The car had bottled water in the back for us and with the car and Kumar’s appearance and demeanour it felt like a chauffeur driven service.
Excellent service and would definitely recommend it.

Booked an airport transfer and the journey went smoothly. The driver, Kumar (driver No 460) arrived on time and was very professional. The car was well cleaned and comfortable with two bottles of water waiting inside. This must have been the best ride to the airport ever.

I chose this taxi company due to high reviews. The taxi was ordered for 2pm and had not arrived and called the office. They said it would be 10 mins, but the taxi didn't arrive until 2.30pm, even after repeated calls to the office promising it would be soon. This meant we were 30 mins late to our appointment. It's fine to say you do not have capacity, but please do not lead people on so they cannot make alternative choices. The taxi ride itself was absolutely fine but poor management and no discount offered for poor service.
