I’m absolutely furious about the rude customer service I received from your driver this afternoon.

I clearly explained that I’m not local and that I was just visiting Healey and that I’m unfamiliar with Batley’s street names or locations around the Healey area.

Despite this, the driver gave me an unnecessary and completely unwarranted telling-off.

There was no reason for his behaviour, especially since I was already having a tough day with everything going wrong.

I have never had these problems with my local taxi drivers, so this was a completely unacceptable experience.

His actions only made things worse, leaving me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and deeply upset by the entire situation.

This company has never let me down really. If I lose a phone or gloves they will drop it to my house even in the busy periods I will find a patient taxi. Any issues the main office will always sort it out. As a supply Teacher their role is critical and I can always rely on them. Forget Uber oakwell is the way to go!

This company has always got me home safe. Phone staff very polite! Review tonight is due to taxi drivers car smelling absolutely banging... Spray purchase pending! Always paid cash, never had any issues.

To say I use this service regularly to be locked in the vehicle until I pay was an insult a £3.80 fare as I was prepared to pay £5 ,complete numpty of a driver never using again

Do not use this company! For your own dignity! Phoned up to book a taxi to be greeted by a woman that couldn't understand me who rudely put the phone straight down! I rung back up thinking it must have been a mistake! Nope definitely not, on this occasion it was a male who greeted me with "UGH! *giggle snort* where are you? So obviously I asked what he was laughing at to which he proceeded to throw down the telephone. If this is how you treat your valuable customers, you should not be a business! I am appalled! The Fayre was to the outskirts of Leeds as well, which I GLADLY gave to another taxi company, so will all my relatives and friends!

Appalling service, booked a taxi in advance for a specific time and it doesn’t turn up. Told on the phone sorry we are busy. Why offer the service if you cannot allocate cars to deliver at that time. Rang 3 times to be told sorry another 5-10 mins, we are busy. So 1.5 hours after originally ordering and 30 mins late for time of pick up!!
