I wish I didn’t have to write this but here we go: this business has fraudulently taken £700 out of my account without cause and has not returned it for over a month despite telling me in writing that they should not have taken the money and my insurance company pursuing them. They rented me a fine car, then told me a couple days later they had to “swap it out” as the car I was driving had to be sold. My hat had been totaled outside my home while parked. This was a vehicle provided through insurance. They dropped me off a damaged car at my home when I had the flu. They never disclosed the damage. Immediately upon approaching the vehicle the next day to drive it I saw that the car had clearly been side swiped n the passenger side (which was facing the sidewalk when they parked it). There was also other damage that had rusted over. I photographed the damage and contacted them. I was reassured they had noted that this was a previous incident and that they were aware. When I dropped off the car after use they took 15 minutes checking the car over (same guy who dropped it off). All good. He acknowledged the damage was from another driver. This was in September 2024. In January 2025 they, without notice to my insurance company, took £700 out of my account. After all the legal processes had been finalized. After many calls I had them state in writing that this was not my fault and they would return the money. Two weeks went by, then another, now week four. They are not responding to my emails. Be very careful! *they have now written back under this review with a link. I’m already in contact with them. It is for them to respond to me, which they have not. I don’t need a link, I need my money back.

Absolutely disgraceful at the Dewsbury branch, this was our 2nd attempt as the 1st attempt awhile back they had doubled booked our van so on arrival they had no van giving us a 20% voucher for this time. So we go into store twice to book this van as we was going to collect Sat lunchtime as closed Sundays. The driver who was collecting the van had an emergency and didn't make the collection time when he got over the shop had closed, we booked it not the driver so why did the shop not ring us to see why the van hadn't been collected!! I went in to ask this they couldn't give me an answer he just sat grinning saying this happens if you book online, I came in twice to store i named the people I spoke to, they never told me about the extra insurance either like they should have. the guy sat there said sorry and what you want me to do about it. Surely your team knows if a vans not been collected and its policy to ring the customer to find out, plus we didn't know you closed at 1pm on a Saturday as when arranging collection we said dinnertime at first which to us is anywhere between 12 n 2pm he said ill put 12 on the pickup we said it'll be somewhere around there. if we'd of know you shut at 1pm we'd of got someone else to drive. I was offered yet another 20% voucher which I told him to stick it and would never use or recommend this branch again. He just laughed. Very unprofessional. Couldn't find any details of us so nothings kept on file after your event its deleted.
PLEASE DONT REPLY WITH A LINK as you cant do anything ive tried you failed. your attempt to sort this was shocking and to laugh at a customer who had a holiday with 10 people relying on them getting a van off you is appalling. It's also bad management to sit behind desks discussing personal stuff when customers are in the shop.

Booked a van night before only to be told they don’t have the vehicle I had book on the morning of collection however they offered an alternative which I took as I needed it when taking the vehicle I made a note of the existing damages on the van firstly at the point of return they tried to charge me for damages from before only after a good 20 minute arguement they decided to check the system where it was all documented from before one week after returning the van I recieved a letter from them to say I have gotten a parking ticket which they have informed the organition whom issued the ticket of my details and as I was responsible for the payment I made it as soon as it came through enterprise however decided to take £35 out of my account and said it was for the ticket which was issued to me which I paid I do t understand why they took that money they are very greedy overly priced and the staff at the Dewsbury branch are rude and nosy poor service would not recommend them

Hired a van hoping for something like transit custom ended up with big transit no extra charge but no problem never had van in area so was ok for few small jobs just putting toolbox in and two boxes turned up kept me waiting 30 min took £200 deposit guy was ok helpful walked around marked all marks down etc and on my way.

Had it for two days in total then drove van back handed keys over different guy walked around it like 10 men then decided look inside van I said only had two boxes and tool box goes up to bulk head looks at scratches then walks of back inside speak to manger I went in what problem. Manger pipes up your deposit be in 3-5 days.
I felt like I was getting done over

Let say I won’t be hiring again after that.

Booked a van the night before, got there everything was ready staff very polite and friendly talked us through everything and we were away. Van was brilliant no issues at all. Taking it back was easy no hassle van quickly checked over wernt left waiting for long at all. Staff amazing at this branch

Hired a car at short notice over xmas period, excellent service, booking and collection straightforward, good friendly service from the guys at the Dewsbury branch, would definitely hire from here again.
