I have just returned from a break at Devon Sands booked through Newmans. I hadn’t used them before so was a little cautious however had no need to be. Booking was easy, they answered any questions I had swiftly and contacted me through my break to ensure all was well. I stayed at Cedars and it was beautiful. So lovely to open the French doors every morning and have the sea in front of us. The layout was perfect. Very cosy and comfy. The area was very quiet too - just what we needed. We will definitely be booking with Newmans again. Thank you for making our break feel so special

We had a fantastic holiday at Golden Sands from the minute we arrived. All the staff were very happy to help and made us feel welcome. The caravans we stayed in were very clean. The ease on arrival was so good after travelling.
I must say that my experience with Newman's Holidays has also been great. I have been kept updated on any concerning my booking and any questions were answered quickly. I will definitely be booking with Newman's Holidays again. Thank you for everything .

Caravan was OK, slightly dirty and bathroom lock broken. Pillows & duvets supplied were dirty so we used our own bedding. After leaving we were charged £53 for a quilt and 4 pillows being 'missing'. Newmains did not even email to advise what and how much we were being charged for. Only after emailing and asking for receipts of the items they claimed we had taken did they miraculously reappear in the caravan. The person who was responding to my emails seemed rude and unprofessional. Cleaners are obviously not doing their job properly as all bedding was left on the beds. Will not be using again & would not recommend.

We booked a last minute break CP41. This was our first time to this park. The caravan was absolutely spotless and the location was wonderful with the most beautiful view. We were very comfortable . The only negative was owners do not provide WiFi which I find very poor as this available everywhere nowadays. Also we could not get a phone signal and . However we would most definitely book again

If you come here please do not stay in 49 elms caravan, I have had to return from my holiday early as the caravan was in such a poor state the amount of times I had to phone because things were broken, not clean, the “well equipped kitchen” (not) it was filthy there is no central heating and it is a very old caravan I had to leave because it was not suitable for my 13 month old to stay in who has now ended up poorly the caravan is not suitable for a 8 people and it’s in poor condition, also the lady on reception (sue) was very rude whilst I was on the phone to her complaining she was talking to another member of staff and didn’t seem interested in anything I had to say, she was also the lady that dealt with my complaints at the time and basically came across as she’s not bothered and couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough. Safe to say I will never visit this place again.

Booked a very last minute stay last weekend in caravan G10. The staff at Newman’s were very helpful and their communication was great. The caravan was very clean, and well equipped for what we needed. The air fryer was an unexpected bonus. Make sure you take your own washing up sponges/liquid, toilet roll and bin bags as these aren’t provided. Loved having the enclosed garden for the dog, it made for a much more relaxing holiday. The heating in the caravan was great and made it very cosy. Overall fantastic value and would definitely use Newman’s again. The dog especially didnt want to leave!

For reasons unbeknown to us the caravan we chose in beverly park became unavailable..... so our choices were Brean or Dawlish sands. We chose Dawlish but the caravan was nothing like our original booking. We had to pick up our elderly greyhound as she couldn't manage the old slippery steps. We Had no veranda like we had booked originally and there were trains going past night and day. The clubhouse/bar only opened Friday, Saturday and Sunday no use to us on a Monday to Friday holiday. The bedroom was extremely small aswell. But our days out in the surrounding area were lovely
