My wife and I came down from Scotland for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend. Vicky and Robin made us feel very welcome straightaway. On arrival we were provided with a lovely pot of tea with homemade cakes. It is a beautiful cottage, and the room is lovely and really comfortable with everything you need (tea, coffee, water, fruit and homemade biscuits). Breakfast was plentiful, cooked to perfection every morning. We would highly recommend the cottage if you are looking for a relaxing quiet time in the lovely village of Crondall. Thank you very much Vicky and Robin for your hospitality. We will certainly be back if we visit the area again.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Vine Cottage. We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival with tea and cake in the garden. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent cottage, Vicky & Robin made us feel very welcome from the start. The complimentary homemade cream tea was a real treat. Our bedroom was very comfortable which included filtered coffee and homemade shortbread. In the room there were lots of individual touches which made it feel very homely. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would book again when we are next in the area.

Robin and Victoria are lovely hosts - nothing is too much bother.||The room is lovely and tidy with home made biscuits and fresh fruit. The location is quiet and the bed comfortable.||The main breakfast choices are made in the evening and you get additionally a tremendous choice of cerials, fruit and local honey etc||We felt that we had really stumbled across a little gem and if ever we are back in the area looking for somewhere to stay this place will be at the top of our list.

My wife and I had to come down to the area for a funeral and rather than stay at a bland premier inn or travel lodge we decided to stay at Vine cottage. It’s a really lovely place and Vicky very kindly provided drinks and biscuits after our drive down. The room is lovely and really comfortable with everything you need. We would certainly stay at the cottage if we were staying in the area again.

Stayed for a five night midweek break. Vicky and Robin were excellent hosts and very knowledgable about the area, opened our eyes to some local history. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage.||If you like walking this is a perfect location to stay.

Stayed there one weekend, it’s a small cottage with one guest room. ||Reasonably quiet location though the B road is just outside, Crondall is a reasonably peaceful village but no street lighting discernible. ||||Comfortable room but not quite en suite, shower room and toilet just across the landing but had sole use of it. ||||Excellent breakfast with good choice, acacia honey with the porridge takes some beating. Ony drawback is remote from decent public transport and a little dearer than average local B and B but welcoming. I’d stay again happily.

We have just spent a night at this beautiful Cottage in a lovely countryside village. Vicky and Robin made us very welcome. You had everything you could possibly need in a cosy room. Breakfast is outstanding. I would stop here again.
