No brainer for young families!! The most stress free holiday we’ve ever had and felt we actually got a break too with zero guilt knowing the kids were in safe hands and having the best time. The childcare team were all amazing with our 4yr and 12m old.
The Cocon des Neiges is unbeatable on location, the staff and food were fantastic. Our suite was very spacious and clean. The private hot tub was a huge plus.
Fond memories made for life for all of us!

We had a great holiday with Ski Famille!
We didn’t think it would be possible to have a full week of skiing with a small child, but Ski Famille made it easy. The childcare service was excellent! They had our daughter outside exploring twice a day and kept us up to date via messages and photos. The nanny made us feel at ease and able to enjoy our holiday. Our chalet in Reberty 2000 was spacious, clean and in an excellent location right by the piste. The food was also very good. We'll definitely be back 🙂

We went Jan 2025. The whole thing was easy and seamless. Flights were on time, transfers were all easy and plenty of staff to show you where to go. The chalet was great. The staff were all great. Everything was as you would expect. The easiest way of skiing with kids. The nannies were excellent, on time for everything they needed to be. The kids food was great, proper food not chips and junk. Adult food was great. All in all a great experience making skiing with kids as easy as possible (i mean its still hard work and exhausting!!LOL) Us and our 6 year old had a great time and for sure will be back! Thank you.

We loved our trip with Ski Famille to Les Gets. We thought the company was very well set up, and their experience with families meant we didn’t need to worry about a thing. The little extras for the kids - water bottle, bag, nappies, monitor - were a great touch. Our little one loved the childcare, and we loved the skiing!

We have been so so impressed with all aspects of the holiday. The chalet is real premium accommodation in a great location (Chalet Delphine - La Plagne 1800), the ease of booking and then having everything organised - even things like nappies and baby monitors in the room is a really nice touch. We felt really looked after. The staff are the real heroes though- they make the company what it is and all of them have been exemplary. I really do try and give balanced reviews for everything, but there is very little I can be critical of. Well done Ski Famille. We will be coming again with you next year / year after maybe when our little one can do ski lessons and we will be recommending you to all our friends.

Ski Famille were magnificent with every aspect of our family ski holiday. Brilliant , pleasant, professional team members were always on hand to enhance our holiday. I will be returning asap with kids, to ski our butts off again and relax in the wonderful hospitality of the chalet. I’m sorry to future guests, if I drank all the wine. Happy New Year !!!

Lyon - Les Bruyères

This transfer was advertised as 3hrs long, when we arrived at the coach we were then told to expect a 7-8hr journey due to traffic.
This is a known delay during peak times of the year which the company have decided to not inform you on.
The bus is currently at 21 degrees C and extremely uncomfortable to travel in with the bus jolting in traffic.
We have travelled with temperature controlled medication for my 7yr olds nightly injections, we had not anticipated such a long transfer and not telling customers about the KNOWN delays is completely unacceptable and unethical! If our coolmeds travel case begins to thaw then we will have a much bigger problem.
Had we been told even the evening before we could have taken the train which is around 3hrs and even more to the point we would not have chosen this destination had we had all the information.
