I used the Evendo booking platform to book a 1h 15min snorkeling tour in Barbados. It was just great with a fantastic local provider. We arrived earlier, but did not wait at all, we were placed on an earlier tour. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and everything looked safe and well organized. We snorkelled in two amazing spots, first to see a lot of tropical fish and then to swim with turtles (there were 3) and lots of stingrays. It was great!

I made a typo in my email addrss while I was booking with Evendo. Two days later, I didn't receive any confirmation of booking, so I reached out to Customer Service virtual chat box. Though I didn't get response instantly online, the next morning I received an email (screenshot as I'm attaching) explaining to me how I missed the confirmation and they sent the reference code of my ticket again. How wonderful! Highly recommend Evendo- lowest price guranteened and the best part of its business is one of the rarest and customers aspire most these days: Customer Support!!!!!

I needed assistance from the company because I bought two tickets for an event that weren’t cheap, and due to my mistake, I entered my email incorrectly. As a result, I didn’t receive the purchase confirmation or any information. I sent them an email, and they responded so quickly—I was so happy! In less than 10 minutes, someone replied to my email, being super friendly, telling me that I had entered my email incorrectly, and that they were able to find my information. They sent me the details I needed as soon as possible! Phew 😮‍💨🤍

We booked a tour with private driver in George Town Penang Malaysia. The driver Cheam was very professional, a good driver and very knowledgeable. She really looked after us from start to finish. We did Penang Hill and Fenicular train, Museum which was great, saw the botanical gardens different temples and she took us to a nice place for lunch

At first I thought this was a scam because

1. The attraction (La Sagrada Familia - Barcelona) I wanted to go to was sold out for my chosen date across multiple other websites, and this company had a ticket available.
2. I had never heard of this company until I looked for a ticket and couldn’t find much information or reviews about them apart from google reviews.

Right up until the entrance gate I was nervous but the ticket was legit and I got in fine.

The only thing that let it down was that I was unable to access the audio guide via the La Sagrada app as you needed to put in an email address in which the ticket was bought from. Because I didn’t buy it directly from their official website I couldn’t access it and it didn’t accept my email email address. I asked staff at the attraction for help and they said without the original purchasers email address I wouldn’t be able to get on.

I tried to phone support but didn’t get an answer, I’m assuming the office was closed at this time.

However I am just grateful that I was able to get a valid ticket at short notice when other websites were sold out.

I would buy from them again. Just hope this take this feedback on board.

We booked the Rope Park through Evendo, but when we arrived, we were told our tickets were actually for the Glacier Canyon. This mix-up led to confusion, wasted time, and we were unable to do the activity we planned
for.

While we did receive a full refund after complaining, such a basic error is unacceptable for a booking platform. It completely disrupted our day and caused unnecessary stress.
