Booked a holiday online for me and my daughter which was really easy and the staff were so helpful when I called with a few questions and special requests. They went above and beyond making it a special holiday for us by booking restaurants, advising on which transfer was best to use and what was in the area to visit and see. I would definitely use Travelbeam again for our holidays!!

We have booked through Travelbeam for many years following a recommendation from a fellow traveller. We have always found them to be very professional and friendly . Last year Easy Jet changed our flight home without telling Travelbeam or ourselves. When I contacted Travelbeam they sorted it all out for us, changing airlines to our satisfaction. Just got back from a fantastic holiday to Domes Miramare. Travelbeam organised the whole holiday, it was a breeze booking through them and the customer service provided was excellent. Sheree handled our booking and was super attentive nothing was ever too much trouble. Will definitely be booking future holidays again through them

This 'Luxury' holiday company is only interested in taking your money. They have held onto my deposit for over 2 years even though for 2 years in a row they were not able to provide the holiday. The after-sales care is rude and inflexible. I was dealt with by Sheree whose mantra always seems to be 'the computer says no'. Avoid.
