Routescape - we dreamed of Ireland for thirty years and Routescape helped us make it a reality. They first asked what we were thinking about when we thought about going to Ireland - we said bikes, ocean, boats, beer, staying in a castle! They gave us a game plan - we tweeked it - we added London for a play and Paris for the new Notre Dame - I love Routescape for making it all happen! Hotels, adventures, restaurants and drivers. Even things we didn't know to ask for - we loved the private walking tours, the private day drivers who took us places we would never have found on our own and they knew the histories! It was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you! We'll be back next year for more.

Your customer service is exceptional. I had several phone calls in the preliminary planning stages with Rachel who did an amazing job honing in on our personal interests and curating a fabulous trip. When Rachel moved on from Routescape we were transitioned over to Alex who also made a point of calling to touch base even though our trip was essentially all planned. Your continued care of us during our journey and even the quick check-ins were appreciated as we felt confident that if something were to go wrong, we would definitely know there would be help.

14 days in London, Normandy, and Paris. I've always wanted to go and Routescape made it happen. We saw all the sites, ate all the food, and really had a fabulous time. The Crown Jewels, high tea, Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery, Mt. Saint Michel, the Louvre, Versailles. Too many attractions to remember. All arranged by Routescape with private guides door to door. And the hotels were roomy with breakfast served. Great trip!

Thrilled with all the communication (just the right amount) and responsiveness. We had a large group and I was heading up the planning for everyone, so it was great to have a partner in Alex (and later Kim as well) who took the time to understand our needs and answer questions. Even ones that she had previously answered but I had forgotten... 🙂 She was especially helpful with documentation for a member who unexpectedly had to drop out of the trip due to a health issue.

I've already recommended Routescape to a friend and hope to use them again myself in 2025.

It's hard to say what the best bit of our trip was because we loved it all so much. But we did afternoon tea at Adare Manor and it was truly extraordinary and worth it! They did a great job picking hotels and guides. Highly recommend.
