Just had a lovely mystery shopping weekend with the friendly driver Jon and Julie looking after us on the coach with mince pies and Bingo! This was my first experience of a coach trip. The trip and hotel was a surprise each day and we were not left disappointed, we stayed in a lovely room in the Holiday Inn and was equally looked after, my vegan diet catered for which is normally hard work! Thanks to Jon, Julie and Coracle Coaches we had a lovely weekend and would have no problems recommending this company.

Just returned from a trip to see ABBA Voyage in London. Our driver, Anton, was fantastic and looked after us so well, especially as the threat of snow was present during the trip. The hotel was handy for the Westfield Centre so perfect for a mooch around the shops and to eat.
Great value trip - Anton is a credit to your company.

Had a lovely mystery weekend the driver Matty and host Sam were lovely couldn't do enough for us. The taxi driver that took me home Chris took me to the door of my home which he didn't have to 5star service thanks 👍

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOOKINGS -

I have booked and paid for months in advance for my daughter and I to visit the advertised Hogwarts In The Snow through this company.
My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and having not visited before, she was so excited to go and see the set all Christmassy and snowy.
Less than two weeks before we are due to go, I went onto the Warner Brothers Studio website for some general information, only to notice that the Hogwarts in the Snow doesn’t actually start until a week after our arranged trip!! I contacted this tour operator who wasn’t aware and agreed to look into it and call me back. After chasing again some hours later, I was informed that YES, they had actually advertised wrong and that on the trip we would actually be visiting the tail end of The Dark Arts theme (not even over Halloween but after the event, and while the studio will also be preparing for the switch to Hogwarts in the Snow).
The company has issued me a full refund I must state but sadly for my daughter, all the Hogwarts in the Snow tickets for this year have sold out when trying to book directly, and other tour operators are also fully booked for this year now.
My daughter is really very upset she won’t be able to visit the set this year having not been before, it has been a long awaited event in our household which we have both been excited for for many months now. What a total let down from this firm!!

It surly shouldn’t take me to point out to this firm that their advertised tour is incorrect? in my opinion, they are not a reliable or professional company at all.
I can’t even say they were particularly sympathetic or apologetic to the situation, if anything from a customer perspective, the lady I spoke to agreed to a refund yes but was a little defensive over the advertising error.

I suggest people check their bookings in future if you do use the company, I for one won’t use again.
For a first (and last) time experience I give Coracle Coaches a well deserved 1 star!!!

Just spent a weekend in Emmerdale and Liverpool. Both were amazing. Anton, the driver was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel in Bradford was great, staff were amazing. Thanks to all concerned.

Wonderful time on the Gin Distillery trip. Driver Darka was great as was his son Luca, so so helpful. Distillery tour was really good. Holiday Inn , Lemington spot on, food and staff lovely. Saw so much in a short space of time. Well done Coracle Coaches.

Second trip with Coracle .....and once again thoroughly impressed with the travel arrangements ....our Driver Shane was "simply the best". His driving was superb as were his people skills .... He was so helpful ...what an asset to your Company. Must also thank both drivers who were part of the feeder pick up/drop off task.

The only negative comment I would like to raise though was when you sit in the front seats you cannot move your feet forward which does get very uncomfortable on a long journey albeit there are comfort stops. I will definitely book again but will select seats where you can stretch your feet under the seat in front. Luckily I was able to move seats on this trip.
