The taxi arrived early and the driver immediately assisted me with my luggage. He was polite and considerate throughout the journey and the drive went smoothly and without any issues. Once again on arrival he assisted with the luggage and I was very pleased with the overall taxi experience.

Car arrived quickly but I don't think it is appropriate for driver to press button to open boot, but stay in car and allow 2 over 60 ladies to put their own luggage in the boot. Then want to drop them well away from their destination. I stated and directed him to where I had said destination to once again be out of car, pressed button and we had to get our own luggage out. Won't be using again. Said driver early 20's and I wouldn't say had any medical problems, just lazy.

Had the worse experience ever today.
Well over 15 minutes late.
Zero customer care,
I called they put me through to an unmanned phone.

Left me with 2 minutes to get my train.

Just say if you have no cars or drivers.
I booked an hour before pickup!

Your app doesn’t work properly 3 minutes away was not at all accurate!

My daughter and her friend booked a taxi to be collected after the Lana Del Ray concert and they never turned up. It left two 18 year olds stranded in a city they didn't know. They booked ahead knowing it would be busy... But all they got were updates stating "trying to find a car". Horrendous service and at a time when the raping of young women by taxi drivers is at an all time high. Young women shouldn't use this company

Absolutely shocking service. We rang at 10am to book for that evening yet wasn’t provided a service back from where we got dropped off. We aren’t from Cardiff and after an event at the stadium had very little battery. We was looking at walking nearly 2 hours back to our hotel due to the taxi that was PREBOOKED…. Didn’t show. Kept getting told 2mins, then 20mins, then an hour and then not available. Our driver there was fantastic and that’s the only reason I’m giving any stars at all. It could have ended badly considered we was stranded but ended up walking ages and finally flagging down another taxi. Don’t recommend.

I have always been disappointed by the taxi service in Cardiff but having found Veezu, I was delighted by the service. I booked over the phone and the taxi arrived 5 minutes before the required time. It was important as I was having a medical procedure so was essential that I arrived early. The driver was jolly and made me feel at ease. I will certainly book with Veezu again.

Used Veezu twice today from home to coach and back in Cardiff to do day trip to London. Had really drivers and very quick pick up after I ordered cab using the App. Easy to pay. Very good service. Highly recommend and will use again and again !

Booked this taxi for two girls. Driver arrived way too early then shouted abuse at the girls for needing time to get ready. Continued to be verbally abusive during drive which the girls only accepted because they were otherwise going to miss out in an activity. Unacceptable.
