Such a cool experience, the staff at the front desk and the boat skipper were all great fun, looked and sounded like they loved this job! We took the 25 minute boat blast, you get a couple of minutes blasting full speed, swerving and having a good time either way, as well as a gentle cruise through Penarth bay. I would recommend the short cruise to anyone who has a bit of spare time and wants to give it a try!

Fantastic energising team, who took me and my partner over to Flat Holm Island for the day. fun was on the top of the agenda, but safety was there before it. Great fast boats and a very well organised trip. Thank you to the team for a wonderful day.

I've delayed making this review in order to give Cardiff Jet time to respond to my emails and phone messages and to issue a refund. 17 days on and I've had nothing, therefore I'm writing this to hopefully help others from getting let down and ripped off. Please don't book this company. I wish I'd sorted Google reviews into date order before booking as I can now see that all recent reviews on here and TA going back to November 23 share similar experiences to me. I booked in July, and the morning before our trip I had an email cancelling due to engine issues and asking if I'd like to reschedule. This trip was for a birthday party and needed to be on the date I had booked. I phoned and emailed to discuss and had no response to either. I then phoned and emailed to request a full refund as per their ts and c's when they cancel, and like others in this situation have had no response at all and no refund. I've reported to trading standards. Book Bay Voyages instead. They came to our rescue.

The company cancelled two days before trip sending generic email stating engine trouble/weather issues. Still no sign of a refund after almost 3 weeks. No reply to emails. Absolutely shocking customer service.... avoid this company at all costs, we are owed £150!!!!

Cancelled the trip for my child's birthday surprise 2 days before we were due to go. No reason given and still no refund 13 days later. This is a shocking company. Bay voyages is so much better as they managed to take us instead.

Very poor- cancelled our trip with 2 days notice with just an e-mail. Trip has been booked for son’s birthday so was v disappointing. This company should not be taking money if they cannot deliver.

Is Cardiff Jet still trading, getting very concerned as bought a trip on a gift card, had one trip already cancelled on the day of the trip. I emailed to ask why it had been cancelled but never had a reply. Rebooked another but not able to get a response from this company, have tried emailing, texting, Instagram message but still nothing .. really don't want to drag them kids to Cardiff for them to be disappointed again. Does anyone know if they are still trading and if not how I get my money back
