Can't fault the service. Girls in hire department very helpful and knowledgeable. We're able to help me find car that suited my needs and at an affordable price. No problems either extending the hire as I required. Definitely use again.

Ellie is an absolute disgrace for Arnold Clark Kilmarnock,she has got a typical problem finding Karen attitude. The manager who seems nice stands by her instead of being customer oriented. It's a hire location, people hire on occasions and trips,you just ruin it for them.

Nice people at Kilmarnock van hire 👍. We used Enterprise for a while but moved over to Arnold Ckark, I think we've had 3 vans in 2 weeks, no problems, vans are cleaner and cheaper so win win for us 😀 , early days but yeah seems a like a decent enough company.
