Julie did a great job bringing the two horses and carriage all the way from Kilmarnock to Glasgow arriving early with her assistance Penny I believe her name was and was totally professional I would highly recommend Carlton Carraiges. It was a last minute thing as we couldn’t get the original ones my mum had booked for her funeral so Julie and Penny really were fantastic and made it look easy and the horses were absolutely beautiful. Julie provided an A* service above and beyond our expectation. The horses were not only stunning to look at they were exceptionally well mannered. Our Mother God rest her soul would have been in her element had she have seen what a beautiful team arrived to escort her on her journey. Julie thank you from the bottom of our hearts you made the most difficult day of my life a little more bearable and definitely gave my mum all that she deserved on her final journey. I cannot recommend this lady and her services highly enough. We thank you so so much and will eternally be grateful to you Julie.

We just wanted to thank Carlton Carriages for the lovely service they provided us at short notice for our brothers funeral on Tuesday, 2 February 2021. The carriage was in immaculate condition. The horses were gorgeous and Julie and her team were absolutely amazing and so supportive during this very difficult time. We cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you Carlton Carriages

I have been riding here for several years now. The horses are fantastic. All are kind, gental and very well mannered. The teaching is to a very high standard with everyone being so helpful and encouraging. I have driven here as well and the horses really know their job. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and they have helped me to improve in all areas. The carriages are absolutely beautiful and I don't think you could ask for a more professional team to carry out a wedding or a funeral for you. 5*****
