Booked a holiday to Benidorm and stayed in Terra Alta Apartments 28th Sept for a week 2024.
The staff at Hays were excellent, helpful friendly and willing to go that extra bit to make things easier for you . Holiday was brilliant really enjoyable Terra Alta also great clean tidy ,friendly etc .
Should have gone for b+b we just went self catering as the food looked great.

Amazing service. Have never booked a holiday aboard before, but the staff here were polite, friendly and eased all my worries. Booking that trip to Portugal was made easy and smooth. Unfortunately the first name on my Google account is my chosen name as I'm transitioning but haven't updated my passport. Lovely woman serving me showed me various resorts and then I went home and chose one. She made booking easy and I'll update once I've been on the holiday in October.

Poor knowledge of holiday of what's available, prices times etc, no follow up when search for transport to destination - they rang to give a price I then told them I'd get back to them after speaking to partner didn't get a chance to ring but they didn't either for all they know I don't have transport
Was helpful with the initial booking with dates (likely to get some sort commission from it) all information I have had to find my self from other sources which I should I've been able to ask Hays for

Booking was great no problem staff were friendly and a little knowledgeable.
My only issue was the after sales.
After a week in Miami with not great weather ( not there fault they obviously can’t predict that) I decided to stay in America for another week trying to organise this with them was a big waste of time and all i got was excuses that they were understaffed ( not my problem) so I lost my flight back had to organise my extra week myself and book a new flight.
This left me feeling let down and disappointed also it didn’t make business sense to me on there part.
Would I use them again probably not.
