Lovely morning having breakfast with the red squirrels.
Breakfast was ace with tasty pastries, coffee, teas and orange juice. Cain was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously loves his job. Would definitely recommend

We recently had my daughter's 8th birthday party at Wild Intrigue with Heather and Cain for a 'Bat's and Pizza' night. We had attended a family 'Bat's and Pizza' night in August 2022 and my daughter absolutely loved it and requested we do it again for her birthday in May.

I contacted Heather to ask if this was something they could offer and she agreed. Heather bent over backwards to make sure she could accommodate us and from initial contact to the night itself there is absolutely nothing I could fault about the service we have received!

Heather kept in regular contact with me and made the evening so special with lovely little touches and a special 'Bat's and Pizza' t-shirt as a gift for my daughter.

Heather and Cain are so knowledgeable about the wildlife and plant life in the surrounding area so the kids (as well as the adults) learned so much! The actual bat safari was truly amazing with so many bats in the night sky to watch. Everyone loved tuning their bat detector to the right frequency and hearing the clicks and chatter of the bats above! Even my 2 year old nephew was thoroughly invested in pointing his tracker to the sky to find and hear the bats!

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful experience we had. Everyone called the next day to say how much they enjoyed the night.

Heather and Cain are amazing at what they do and I would wholeheartedly recommend everyone to book on to a 'Bat's and Pizza' night to experience it for yourself.

Just been on the Wallington beavers thing. Heather and Cain were brilliant, knowledgeable and fine communicators and, a bonus, really nice people. We didn't see the beavers, they are nocturnal animals, but having it all explained to us as we walked round was magic.

We did the Osprey Cruise and Bat Safari with Cain at Wild Intrigue, and both were amazing! Cain was really informative and able to answer all of our questions, and lent us binoculars and bat detectors!!! I would highly recommend this business for outdoor experiences!

Had a fantastic morning with Cain from Wild Intrigue, breakfasting with the squirrels at Haweswater. What a morning! Squirrels, woodpecker, nuthatch, tree creepers, could have stayed all day. Thank you, oh and the breakfast wasn't bad either!

We went on the quayside nature walk on 24th June and couldn’t have had a better experience.
Cain is such a great guide, his knowledge and love for nature comes across so much and you can’t help but also feel enthusiastic about what you see on this nature walk.
A tasty packed lunch is also provided which is an additional bonus – particularly when you’re not the one who has to carry it!
Four hours may seem like a long time but it flies by and is necessary to experience everything that the walk has to offer. Amazing value for money due to the experience and knowledge of the guide, and the time and effort put into making sure we had an enjoyable time .
Thanks again to Cain and Heather for such a great day.

A great way to spend some time in nature and what’s not to like about seeing red squirrels during the Breakfast with Squirrels experience?

I’ve lived in, and visited, plenty of places that have red squirrels but I’ve never been lucky enough to see one before. I needn’t have worried as one was in a nearby tree when we arrived at the hide. During our time at the hide there was plenty of squirrel activity whilst we were having a delicious breakfast.
