Dharamveer Singh has been super helpful in booking our tickets to India and even honoured discount on our tickets as we are travelling due to family emergency and it’s critical situation. The agent was very polite and helpful. But I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at the lack of communication provided regarding booking emergency tickets. I booked with Mann travel in the afternoon for a flight leaving at night when We got to the airport the flight was cancelled to the next day and all travel agents were aware as email was sent out in the morning! He still booked payed over £8000. Very disappointed with this service.
