The place is within walking distance to Old trafford stadium, The quay, the tram station and Sainsbury. It is new, clean and comfy. Would definately stay here again if we come to watch another game.

We had a lovely stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and well-located — a perfect base for our Manchester adventures. Jane was a great host, and everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out.

The only small hiccup was during our extended stay — the cleaner arrived early and wasn’t aware that we had extended the booking. Luckily, we had the confirmation and payment ready to show her, and it was sorted quickly. Just a little communication issue, but everything else was great!

We’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.

Place was perfect for me to have a short term stay. Could do all my cooking and the equipment in the kitchen almost every was pretty new some even had the plastic wrap on. Perfect stay in my opinion. Had great views secure- lot of sunlight and wind and the building is convenient to explore the city. Coffee shop and convenience store right across the street. Definitely better than staying in a cramped up hotel room for double the price. The whole process from check in to check out was smooth.

New, very modern, and spacious apartment with fantastic views. Clean and fully equipped with amenities. Just a ten-minute walk from Salford Crescent station and very close to a convenience store. Very good and prompt communication with the agency that manages it.

Great Value and Comfortable Stay!

I had a pleasant stay at this flat, especially given the great price. The accommodation is clean, basic, and well-equipped with cooking facilities. It's located right on Church Road in Stockton on Tees, which is super convenient. Plus, there’s free parking at the back of the property, which is a huge plus if you're traveling with others—someone can let you in through the rear door.

One thing to note is that the stairs to the flat are quite steep, so it was a bit of a struggle with a heavy suitcase. Next time, I'll aim for the ground floor flat to avoid that!

The only downside was the 10 a.m. checkout time. However, I found that you can extend it for an extra £50 for a 12 p.m. checkout. For my last day, I opted to reduce my stay by a night and book a room at the nearby Hampton by Hilton for £80, just so I could get the late checkout I needed.

Overall, I would stay here again, just with a little more planning to make sure I can avoid the stairs next time!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, with all the amenities and facilities we could possibly need. The view was amazing, and the private parking was a great bonus—exactly what we needed. The location was fab, close to a tram station for easy access to the city. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were excellent. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay for my little boys birthday, beautiful property and stunning rustic decor. The wood fired hot tub lit up at night under the stars with the smell of the log burner was unbelievable. Could not rate highly enough. Whole place absolutely stunning xxx

We had a brilliant time staying in Frosterly. The communication was really easy with very quick replies, the house was stunning (and bigger than we expected). Hot tub was on and ready for use when we got there. The house was clean, warm and there were plenty of utensils, pans, plates etc for cooking. Excellent weekend, thank you for having us!
