Terrible experience. The company skillfully tucked away an 8-word clause somewhere in their 40,000-word terms and conditions—impressive really—and then used that as the reason not to pay out. I’m sure the policy looked great, but unless you’ve got a contract lawyer on hand (budget at least £1,000 for a few hours of their time), you might want to think twice. After all, nothing says “peace of mind” like needing legal support just to understand what you’re supposedly covered for

Do not use this company for insurance ! Yes they are brokers but they use ifarm insurance - arc legal who do not cover you for anything.
Some staff are not helpful than others. I have found the female staff to be rude and abrupt? Hormonal
