I booked the two rooms together for my 60th birthday, 12 people, the majority including myself had never done one before. The staff were excellent, personable, chatty and informative including Morgan with whom i had done the telephone booking. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I did the Portobello Hotel one which was non stop think outside the box, get the grey cells working, collaborative fun and laughter. I would highly recommend. The other team who did the Happily After enjoyed enormously too and only comment to note on that was that as it is darker rooms provide more torches at the beginning. I and many of my guests are looking forward to a Cluetopia Escape rooms again. As non of my other team members had met before, that didn't matter. Immediate team bonding. Great fun. Give it a try. 😊🎁⏳️

I went there with my friends and my children, it was our first escape room experience. ABBEY gave us clear instructions and explained everything, we enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day for another room. Fully recommended!!!

Highly recommend the Portobello Heist, but also Cluetopia in general. We have done 3 of their rooms so far (Clacton and Walton). Without exception they've been excellent, with great staff, who really engage with the team to make sure you have a great time.

Absolutely fantastic panic rooms...
Glen who was our games master was a great chap, friendly and made you feel welcome.
The reception area was clean and tidy.
Rooms were amazing. Did both there (unhappily ever after & grand hotel heist) the puzzles are spot on. The size of both rooms and the detail that has gone into them is amazing. All round perfect and we will will be back! Thank you.

Such fun. Thought I was maybe too old for this, but it was a fantastic way to celebrate a birthday with some fun and bonding . We all left feeling pumped up and excited. Very warm welcome and helpful staff.

Did the Grand Hotel room with my 13 year old nephew and was very good…
Raven, the host, was lovely, explained everything and was helpful throughout. Highly recommended we made it out in 66 minutes 🎊

Recently played the hotel heist. This has got to be one of the best rooms we've played and we've done close to 50. This was a challenging room and kept you on your toes. Its so great to keep finding rooms that are different to the others we've done. We'll be back!

These escape rooms were so much fun and Emily was so friendly. We went to do one and ended up doing both because they were so different from escape rooms we had done before. Highly recommend trying these.
