We stayed in the Hay Barn for a long weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. Absolutely delighted with the accommodation and position. Plenty of room for all of us and with 3 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet, no problems at all. It was all very clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of crockery. The only thing we couldn't locate was a plug for the bath! Lovely walks all around. Close to the George pub and both the river Avon and canal. It is fairly close to a dual carriageway and yes you can hear the traffic, but it did not disturb us at all and we all slept really well. Can't wait to return!

A lovely little place to stay. I could be picky and point out a few things that were not entirely clean but nothing bad enough to sway my view of the cottage. The location is amazing - a 30 min walk along the canal to get into Bath however you will hear trains and a busy road while in the cottage. I would still definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a little getaway to explore Bath.

A great little find on the outskirts of the bath. Near to the cancel and in walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes.|We stayed in the converted barns which are fabulous. Open plan living room/kitchen diner down stairs with a super comfy bedroom and on-suite upstairs.|On the site there are other holiday let's for bigger parties but the barns are perfect for couples. |Nice touches by the hosts, good quality soaps, tea and coffee tray and some farm produced milk.|Couldn't fault this stay this is the second time we have stayed and looking forward to returning next year.

We stayed in Apartment 3. It was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Excellent apartment, cleanliness and service was unbeatable. Steve was available the whole time and answered all our questions. The location is beautiful, especially the stargazing at night. The apartment was within 10 min from Bath town centre and parking a few metres away. We will be visiting again and recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying in one of these beautiful cottages that were warm, cosy, comfortable and spotless! We were there for a family get together, mainly my husbands relatives. Sounds crazy, but although my husband and I are from Bath and live there, we actually stayed a couple of nights instead of just popping in for a day. Would highly recommend New Leaf.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom cottage & had a fab week! It was so reasonably priced for the facilities and service we received. Lots of space and very clean. It was super easy to get into bath but the area itself was just as pleasant to explore.
