Visited Durham the 27th of August and they were so helpful and a great idea to have.
We were looking for an old fashioned pub and they pointed us in the direction of Ye Old Elm Tree and we were not disappointed. Definitely enhanced our visit to Durham. Thank you

First visit to Durham on 17thJune. What a wonderful place to visit! Durham Pointers were so welcoming in the coach park on arrival. Friendly clear information given, and this continued throughout visit. This welcome was maintained on the shuttle bus, Cathedral, market place, indoor market, shops and cafe. Thank you all so much. I have not had this welcome anywhere else, we should all learn from your example. Only regret was it was a short visit. I have every intention of returning to see more and encourage everyone to visit Durham. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.
