Extremely disappointed with how this agency handles communication and follow-ups. I first applied for a position that was already filled, which was understandable, and I was told my details would be kept on file. Since then, I’ve received repeated emails about the same job I’m more than qualified for, but despite applying multiple times, sending emails, and even calling, I never received a proper response. I was told someone would get back to me — they never did. Most recently, I got another email saying it was the “last chance” to apply, so I called immediately, and once again, no one picked up or followed up. If you’re not going to respond to candidates or take their applications seriously, stop sending out misleading job alerts. The lack of professionalism is frustrating and a waste of time.
