Lovely hour pootling up the river and back within Attingham Park.
We had 6 adults, one 4 year old child and one dog - 3 canoes in total and all had a great time.
You head up the river for 40mins or so, then 20 back down with the flow of the river.
James from the Canoe hire was really helpful and made everything simple - would definitely recommend.
We booked online, however some seemed to be booking on the spot.

We had an amazing time canoeing with the children and the dog, the man was really helpful and explained everything really well, as beginners we were unsure what to expect but the whole experience was fantastic and a real joy, we can’t wait to return

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. We had our safety brief, and were soon enjoying this beautiful stretch of river. Good value when you appreciate the price is per boat. I would certainly recommend this activity.

Very pleasant canoeing through the fields and woods at Attingham. The canoe place itself is on the far side of the mansion building so allow time for checkin at the National Trust and 10 mins to walk from there to the canoeing.

We took our 12 year old granddaughter and she loved it and thought it was great fun. Pretty stretch of river and you don't need any experience you'll soon get the hang of it. Friendly helpful staff . Well worth the £25 .
