I recently moved to Devon and was looking for a friendly walking group that allowed dogs - hard to find for some reason.
I bumped into ( almost literally) Andy and a happy looking group out walking and joined the group - it's a really friendly bunch of people, a good mix of ages and couples/ singletons. The walks are really well planned with parking, refreshment stops and stunning views all carefully planned. Andy himself is fab - he makes everyone feel welcome and cleverly manages the speedier of us so that slightly slower walkers aren't pressured to keep up - that way we all get a great experience. I recommend Andy for anyone looking for a private guide or group guide or looking for a really lovely social walking group.

I've done quite a few of the walks with Coast & Country and they are always well thought out, researched and varied. Good information before the walk so people can decide if it's a walk they want to do or not. There are rest stops, and we all stick together - everyone I have met has been really lovely! Andy is a competent, trustworthy guide who sprinkles in a bit of local knowledge and entertaining facts - who knows if they are true or not?! A great way to explore the local area, get some fresh air & exercise (blow those cobwebs away), and meet new people.. What's not to like?!

Walked with Andy for Dementia Action Week, a walk Andy hosted on behalf of Exeter Dementia Action Alliance. Very well organised, and well thought out. Enjoyable social day out out, with lots of information and humorous anecdotes from Andy. Would definitely recommend using his services or joining him on one of his walking group outings.

A brilliant morning of walking in beautiful East Devon. Andy was a lovely friendly walk leader with lots of interesting facts on where we were walking. The route was stunning taking in sea views, countryside and wildlife. A morning well spent in delightful company. Would highly recommend.
