A really nice little animal centre, the heavy horses were the big attraction for us but there were also pigs, goats, chickens and a variety of aviary birds to look at. Many could be fed with food bought from the gift shop. There was a small cafe in one of the old ww2 airfield buildings. The RAF spilsby memorial is just down the road and interesting for a quick visit whilst you are leaving. All the staff are volunteers, and do a great job entertaining the kids with llama and pony walks for a few pounds. Entrance is free, but a donation is appreciated as it's a charity, we were more than happy to contribute.

My first visit, but certainly not my last, what a great place. Lovely animals, well looked after by genuine people. Lovely little cafe with snacks & drinks at good prices. Had great conversation with a lady that I assumed is in charge (sorry I didn't get your name) but clearly is in it for the right reasons & doing a great job, despite there sometimes being difficulties. Well done to everyone involved.

Some great horses here along with other animals, well looked after although the site is being renovated in places it is a little run down. Staff very informative and a tearoom made in a really nice visit.

We had a wonderful first visit. The place is staffed entirely by volunteers, working tirelessly for the good of all the animals there.
There is no fixed entrance fee as they only ask for donations, but every single penny goes back to the welfare of the animals.
The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable about the animals, and willing to talk and answer questions.
Just as a bonus... the cafe was lovely and very reasonably priced and the volunteers in there couldn't do more for us. The little gift shop was also very reasonably priced

A fantastic day out, for children and adults, A place for rescued animals to live out the rest of there lives with lots of love given to them by everybody involved with them. It is charity run, they don't charge entrance fee, but ask if you do can to give an donation. They put on a medieval day, some of horses helped out that could. Please visit and give them as much as you can. They have a wonderful little cafe. Lovely snacks and very friendly people running it.
