Home from a lovely week at Joll’s Cottage. We are missing the beautiful garden already. The cottage has lots of home comforts and more. The stairs are quite challenging but added to the experience! It’s really tricky to find places that allow the dogs so we are so grateful. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A truly wonderful cottage, beautiful rooms and garden. The view from the front door step was breathtaking as well as the surrounding area. The cottage had everything you needed and more, making it very comfortable and homely. The garden was so beautiful and peaceful, with only the birds and distant sheep to relax you. A beautiful cottage that I hope to return to soon.

Had a fabulous stay with my friends and family! Loved the windy stairs and amazing character of this place. Can’t speak more highly of the location (stunning views), amazing decor and beautiful garden. My family all adored the hot tub and spent many happy hours in the summer house too. Loved Woodhall Spa for all its superb amenities...what not to love here everything has been thought of! Coming to stay again very soon!

Jolls is a true escape from the world. It is dog friendly, with a garden to die for. The 'man cave' summerhouse, or in my case 'girl cave' with its huge TV and sky, games, jigsaws and more is awesome. Jolls itself is listed, and has many period traits, but also all the modern toys - including a huge sunken hot tub. Not to mention, not one, but two log burners for the colder months, along with modern heating. I already don't want to go home, and it is doggy heaven for my two old westie boys. I really want to come back before I've left!

Fabulous cottage and gardens and especially the hot tub to chill out in . I'd definitely go back I loved the daily air show,s from the RAF based at Coningsby.Its a very well thought out cottage with just about everything you needfor a holiday.Two things to take into account the stairs are very tricky if you are not so nimble and a couple of extra clothes rails would be a good thing. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful and the parking is no problem.

A very nice cottage more suitable for four not six adults. Stairs very narrow would struggle if you were elderly. The bathroom kept on flooding after use. The outside space is very good.

NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY which I found out the hard way. The stairs are narrow and steep to the bedrooms. Apart from that beautiful and worthwhile.
