I rented a flat from Frog Letting for 7 years and didn't have any complaints.

Having had issues with useless landlords beforehand I was happy to have the below when moving to Frog Letting:
Good communication
Issues fixed in a timely manner
Fair pricing
A friendly relationship with the owners

The above are unfortunately not at all a given when renting a property, which is why me and my partner stayed with them for so long.

I lived in a professional house share managed by Frog lettings for a three year period. The team was very efficient,quick to respond, friendly and always helped when needed. Both Tara and Ross have been particularly helpful throughout my stay.

Ross from the maintenance department, was fantastic at fixing any maintenance issues that occurred. He always went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that the property was kept to a high standard.

I would highly recommend the company to anyone that is looking to rent a property within the Lincoln area. The team are pleasant and were reasonable throughout the whole period. The properties are well located within the city centre, provide good value for money and have everything you need while renting.

Highly recommended student housing. I lived with frog letting for 2 years and had no real major issues with the house. All minor issues were addressed by maintenance quickly with good communication even throughout the pandemic. Rooms are spacious, modern and reasonably priced. House is a slightly longer walk than advertised from the uni but for the quality of room it’s well worth it!
