This taxi firm is fantastic! I always require a cab taxi to accommodate my pushchair, and they are always so helpful and accommodating. The drivers are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to assist. I’ve never had a bad experience and wouldn’t use any other taxi company. Highly recommend!

Second time we have used the wheelchair taxi service of Bedford Fastline. It's fantastic; can't recommend this company enough. Great service, clean and equipped vehicle and courteous and on-time driver. On top of that, had one of the better conversations I've ever had in a taxi - putting the world to rights and all that! Well played Bedford Fastline. You've restored my faith in a local taxi company after having experienced some horrific journeys with other Bedford taxi companies!

Reliable and friendly local taxi firm. I occasionally travel to London for work, booking my taxi the day before over the phone. Fastline never fail to turn up, often early and sometimes even calling to confirm that they have the correct time. I’ve never missed my train!

We have been using the service many times for the past year for my son's picking up / dropping off between school - Heathrow airport and the guardian's place. All the drivers that my son has so far are friendly and very accommodating. We were updated on the status along the way, i.e., slight delay due to traffic, timely pickup from the location or safely arrival at the destination, etc. As we are international parents who live overseas, this "extra mile" service give us peace of mind to know what's going on with our son's ride. Also, one time he left his phone in the car, and got it back the next day.

Got a taxi from a really busy festival and G was really helpful directing us, avoiding all the traffic. He was a great host and he put music on for us all the way back to Loughborough. Ultimate legend. Will definitely use these again if we come back.

i left my handbag in the car and realised two hours later. luckily i had the email receipt and phoned Fastline who quickly posted on their group whatsapp chat. I went to the station where i orginallu for the taxi and two other drivers helped locate the driver. the manager also made contact with the driver who then kindly came to my house to drop it back off. wow! there are still decent people in this world. very kind group of drivers. all very helpful. thank you all 🩵.

Ordered a taxi to collect a friend from Eastnor gardens, then myself and two children from Langlands Road, then take us to the tiger on Avon drive. (The meter read £12 on arrival.) They said they'd take the fee on our return journey. Took us from Avon drive back to Langlands Road, meter showed £15. We did have a slightly larger vehicle to fit my friends fold up walker in the boot, but I am disgusted that he charged me £35 for such a short journey. I hadn't realized that it was the same company that charged my friend a ridiculous amount to take us to the festival at priory marina and collect us the month before. I will not be using them again. Feels very much that they are taking advantage of disabled people that cannot fit their mobility aids into standard cars with ease. They also requested we pay cash, so id assume they are trying to keep it off the books. When I questioned him about the amount on the meter each time he just told me no, that isn't what they said! They are just making up the prices as they go. Oh and I should add, this was during the day, for a family fun day so it wasn't late at night/we hadn't been drinking etc.

Mani was really friendly and helpful both times I saw him last weekend. Quickly got me to where I needed to be with a quick detour, and gave me info on how to get home quickly. He also told me that you can call this taxi line if you need help with your car if it’s broken down etc.

Good service, will use again!
