I had such a great experience with Enterprise Car Hire that I had to share it. I came in without a reservation, which usually sets the tone for a stressful day—but not here. Holly, P, Nicole, and Kevin were incredible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and managed to get me the exact car I was hoping for, even with such short notice.

What really impressed me was how smooth everything felt. Later on, my own car wasn’t ready in time, so I had to extend the hire for a few more hours—and again, the team handled it effortlessly. No stress, no hassle, just fast, friendly service.

Honestly, it’s rare to come across a team that’s not only efficient but also genuinely kind and helpful. Huge thanks to everyone at Enterprise for making a potentially tricky situation totally seamless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely saved my backside! Had to get to Corby and back in rapid time and they were super accommodating, despite me booking for the wrong day. Top marks to Usman for making me relaxed and getting my wheels sorted in a ridiculously short amount of time. I can’t rate this place more highly.

Avoid at all costs.
CarJet completely ruined my holiday. I arrived with all the correct paperwork, only to be hit with unexpected charges and changes to the agreement — including a much higher deposit and excess. When I pointed out the discrepancies, I was refused the car entirely. No support, no solution, no refund. I lost over £1000 as a direct result of their incompetence and misleading booking process. Appalling service and zero accountability.

**Edit update, that isn't passing on anything, that is asking me to do something again as I have already made a complaint, yet you did nothing. If you really gave half a **** you'd contact me. You have all my details in the system. 0 stars if I could.

Kev was top, sorted me a lovely Peugeot 2008 within an hour of the AA calling them.
They are a great fun team that enjoy their jobs, while still providing a top service, top team.
It felt relaxed and calming to hire a car off them.
Not looking to find fault in customers.
I liked the way you pay for fuel in it, and bring it back emptyish.

I hired cars on 2 separate occasions due to having difficulties with my own car. On both occasions the staff here were really friendly and accommodating. The vehicles were very clean & maintained to a great standard. The service I received was excellent and I’ll definitely come back here again should I need to a car rental again. Thanks to you all

I recently rented a Ford Kuga Hybrid for a couple of days. The people in the Bedford Branch were super helpful and gave me all the information i needed. I have used this Branch twice, both times they have been great. I will definitely use this Branch again.

Caxton Road's Meraz and the team were brilliant. Not only made hiring a car a really smooth experience, but they gave me a luxury MG SUV as a free (and surprise) upgrade. Nicole's attention was great, I rented a manual car but at that time they only had an automatic car, I had never driven an automatic but Nicole kindly explained it to me and we took a ride to be sure if I felt comfortable with the car, it's a pleasure to have such a complete and caring service.
