First time ever hiring a car so was bit apprehensive. But the staff at Longmarsh Bedford were so helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. The car was new and clean. Checking in/returning back was easy and quick. Really glad I chose Longmarsh, will certainly use again. Highly recommended.

I've been using Longmarsh Bedford car hire for 3 years now and their customer service is very impressive. I'm always given a warm, friendly welcome. Check in and check out is quick and easy, there's no waiting around. And I can take a car later in the day and still have it for 24 hours.

Cars are well maintained, clean and surprisingly economical in petrol cost. Longmarsh give me the reliability I need as a woman driver. I recently had to attend a funeral at short notice, the team pulled out all the stops to help me and were so supportive. Thank you Longmarsh Bedford.

Absolutely amazing service from the minute I got there. Chris was exceptional and allowed me to start and finish my rental how it suited me. They are very cheap then Enterprise and always there to help you. Leaving enterprise for this company was a great choice.

Europcar tried to falsely claim for damage / repair and National charge a very high insurance excess. Avoid both

The best van hire in Bedford hands down. Competitively priced, the vans are always in great condition and clean. Service is excellent and the damage reports always accurate and as it should be. Recommended!

This was the first time using Longmarsh and will, without doubt, use them again, one of best car hire companies I have used. I have used many over the years and more recently was only using particular company, but will continue to use Longmarsh.
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and patient each time I called them, as I was going to the UK from Spain.
Excellent new cars provided with very good prices.
I look forward to my next trip back to the UK so watch out Longmarsh I will be back.

I made a few mistakes when I booked a van, booked the wrong time and put the wrong driver on. This was all easily rectified with no fuss and longmarsh even let me collect the van the night before I planned to without extra charge. I work as a firefighter and they actually asked me if i have a blue light card so i could get some money off, i couldnt find them listed on the app so assumed they didnt do it. Excellent service i don't know why I ever used anyone else! I will always use these from now on and will recommend them to friends and family.
