We had not used First Step before buying our new house but have been very impressed with them. Nicola showed us a few properties we were interested in and was always available for a phone call when we had queries or questions.
Our sale and purchase turned out to be quite complicated but Nicola managed everything brilliantly and kept us, our selling agent and solicitors informed at every stage. We felt confident leaving our issues in her hands so would definitely use First Step again.

Wow wow wow!! What can I say about First Step other than they were truly amazing.

From the initial call with Jules to the support I received from David and Nicola with the sale of my house, their service was second to none.

These guys were always on hand throughout the entire process and given how challenging the sale of my house was due to external factors, They were a great support along the way.

With chasing up the solicitors to helping with any queries I had, I can honestly say I couldn't have got the sale through without them. Their expertise and knowledge was superb throughout the process.

Unbelievable service. From the very second we chose to put our flat on the market with first step we have had nothing but an amazing service. Nicola was fabulous at updating us with the sale side. After having an offer accepted Jules went above and beyond to make sure the sale completed due to difficult solicitors in the chain. Without her knowledge and help I think the sale would have taken a lot longer.

Neither myself or my family would hesitate to use them again in the future. Would defiantly recommend.
