After waiting 15 minutes for a driver en route, they cancelled after 15 minutes and then sent another driver who's now 18 minutes away!
I wouldn't have minded so much if they had just called to check that was okay first but their lack of comms has really messed up my plans.

Called to book a trip to Bedford Hospital. Very efficient on the 'phone and quoted a reasonable price. The taxi turned up in good time and got us there with time to spare, so no complaints at all. Would definitely use them again and it's good to support such a friendly, local family business.
