Mark is a very experienced well travelled highly professional very competent Travel Agent . I have been relying on him to take care of my pretty frequent Travel arrangements since his Tony Sheldon Travel days and would not ever go anywhere else . He is only allowed to retire when I stop travelling ! Mark also looks after friends and family and can always be relied on to offer the BEST advice , extremely competitive fares / Travel arrangements and takes care of all Travel needs including keeping his customers up to date with any flight changes etc from start to finish . If Carlsberg made Travel Agents the name would be Mark from wherewouldyouratherbe.co.uk ." Probably the Best Travel Agent in the World "

Mark and his team always go the extra mile when it comes to holidays and business travel. Their wealth of knowledge and customer service really stand them out from the rest.
We booked a holiday through Tony Sheldon Travel and the airline changed the flight home after booking. Mark and his team had already sorted an alternative route home at no extra cost before we even found out the original flight had been cancelled! That's the level of service they provide! Would thoroughly recommend.

14/1/20 Following on from a number of amazing holidays we wanted to reiterate our 5 star review. Mark is always a fountain of knowledge and gives first class, impartial advice. Following a conversation about the safety of travel to a certain destination Mark advised to perhaps put our holiday plans on hold - a selfless piece of advice and greatly appreciated. We booked a five day holiday through Mark at Tony Sheldon Travel...where would you rather be? Mark Pollard gave us some great ideas and made all the arrangements for a stress free trip including pick and drop off at Catania airport. We stayed in a really good Hotel in Taormina, a hill top, upmarket, town which was about and hour from the airport. Sicily lovely and a great stay. Highly recommended.
