We went on Saturday evening close to closing time. My husband and I went to find a footstool. Also, to buy a gift for my father - in- law birthday gift. However, I felt so rushed out of the shop.
While waiting for someone to help us with the footstool I went upstairs to find a shirt. There were a few announcements over the tannoy that the store was closing in 5 minutes.
Over the radio all I could hear was let me know when people are out.
Another tannoy we are closing.
There was so much pressure on shutting the store. I didn't even get offered a bag with my purchase.
The person who serviced me didn't even look me in the eye. I felt so rushed and welcomed I try to move as fast as I could out. Bare in mind being very heavy pregnant was very hard.

I understand people want to go home. However, they don't need to rush everyone out the way they did.

Great atmosphere, classy and well presented will def visit again when the wax work models get changed. Alot to see and view. Was a good few hours inside but great fun.

Lovely store, large home section including plants & a Costa. A member of staff quickly checked stock for a specific item & then found it for me.

Full of lovely clothes for men, women and children to suit all occasions. The Times are sections are packed with brilliant and beautiful items. The shop is plenty big and has the parking to go with it. Easy access to the A404 and M40 from here, and there is a Costa Coffee inside. The staff are amazi g here. Very friendly, very helpful and always prepared to lend a hand or give some advice. Never been to a better Next!

I do like Next, but many products can be more expensive than their equivalents in other shops. They do have quite a large range of good quality and very different products though that keep you very interested. The coffee shop inside is always a welcome break to put your feet up for a while too. Pricing is the only reason I would not give 5 Stars.

Really well laid out show room that allows you to envisage the furniture in your own home (much better than John Lewis up the road). Friendly, helpful staff. Good quality, value for money products.

I had to give 5 stars as there really isn't much to criticize. But having said that, it can be a little difficult parking.
The store is big, plenty to choose from, clean, good staff and very good quality. Definitely one of the better stores.

While this store is easy to get to and staff are generally polite & friendly, it doesn't seem to stock the wider range of clothing styles or sizes that bigger stores do.
Also unfortunately many clothing items are hung in such a way that they touch the floor, becoming dirty at the hem.
