In early 2020 Gillian of D&G Travel of Marlow put together an excellent itinerary for a trip to South Africa including a very special safari for my husband and me. She was very accommodating when we wanted to make changes and responded very promptly to all queries. We felt Gillian had presented us with a competitively-priced package including some top-rated accommodation.
Unfortunately Covid prevented us from making this trip in September 2020 and we were forced to cancel our holiday. Gillian then put in a great deal of work on our behalf to secure a refund from the South African tour company.
Throughout the whole experience Gillian has been very honest and diligent and has certainly gone the extra mile for us. We would certainly recommend D&G Travel of Marlow.

We decided to use D&G travel to organise our return trip to St Lucia which was meant to be late 2020, as the year went on it became clear we wouldn’t make it. During this time Gillian was fabulous at keeping in touch, offering encouragement that the trip would go ahead, suggesting alternatives when it was clear it wouldn’t and then being amazing at getting our trip rolled over to this year.
She even emailed us with details of the latest, changing travel rules whilst we were away
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, she really knows her stuff and we’ll definitely use her again
