The lady who sorted my holiday in branch was very helpful and took her time to show me what i was looking for and printed off all the relevant paperwork and boarding passes so overall i would recommend millingtons to anyone who wishes to book a holiday

Staff and booking process good, staff help with ESTA completion good but sadly currency rates very poor. Got superior exchange rate at Tesco including £2.50 delivery. Sad when you have spent over £5k on a holiday with Millingtons and you don't get a preferential exchange rate on currency.
