Lynne was amazing. Kept us updated throughout the year with exciting clues, just to check in with me and was quick to reply to my email querys usually within 24 hours. I booked for me and my sister for a belated 30th birthday trip. We ended up in hammamet in tunisia for one week In May. It was a really amazing trip. Hotel was an outstanding 4* all inclusive right on the beach. We did 4 day trips, one including quad biking over the sahara dessert, unforgettable memories. Already taking about going back but this time for a chilled out week as the hotel hospitality was one of the best I've ever had at any hotel. Highly recommended booking with the big suprise company.

We had a wonderful honeymoon, largely in part to Lynne who was absolutely fantastic in making the booking process so smooth. She was great at understanding what we were looking for from our trip which took a lot of stress away from us. She provided us with lots of ideas for activities we could do when we were away and offered to help with checking us in, travel advice etc. We would highly recommend Lynne for anybody booking a trip away and wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again. Excellent services! An entire one week holiday was arranged on a very short notice and it included all the attractions we wanted (York, Cambridge, London and Cotswold).
All the accomodations were booked and confirmed, and they were superb and within our budget! We've also received a detailed traveling plan with clear dates and times we needed to aim for and also included small lists of activities and attractions we might try.
The holiday was a highlight for us, as any holiday should be! and we remained impressed by how quickly it was planned and booked.

I love this company. So quick, organised and efficient. I use them as a personal travel agent for business and pleasure, as well as their mystery trip services. Perhaps I am just easy to please, but I honestly don't know how I managed without them. Loved the surprise holiday they organised for me to the Dominican Republic. Was spot on! All my other travel plans have been a breeze with quick quotes and perfect recommendations to suite my needs. I travel a lot as a solo traveller and self employed business consultant.
