We took the North York Moors & Whitby tour on 27/8/24 with John. As other reviewers have said, this tour was one of the best tours we've taken and we've been on many. The sights were interesting and the variety gave us a feel for the area. But, the best thing about the trip was the driver and guide, John. He was full of information but we never tired of hearing him talk. He took care that we knew where he would be and what time to return whenever we left the van. He also pointed out restrooms everywhere we stopped. The small group size was a plus as we didn't overwhelm any areas when we visited. The moors were my favorite stop and were particularly lovely since the heather was blooming. Highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was John and he was simply fantastic. Very informative but he also had that Northern warm personality, wit and hospitality that this region is famous for. I would highly recommend this tour. Has given me a whole new appreciation for this country, and I was born and raised in England! 10/10. Did the Moors and Whitby tour today(27/06/24) with Ben as our tour guide. Starting from York heading towards Whitby and back again. Such a great day. Lots to see and do. Ben gave great advice about the history of York and the moors. I absolutely loved going to Goathland train station that took us towards Whitby. An historic train route across the Moors to Whitby Bay.
Loved Whitby as a town. With a lot of tourists, it is still full of history and interesting places.
Would recommend this tour for people who want to see Yorkshire with someone who loves the region.
16 person coach, with stops for refreshments and comfort breaks.
Highly recommend.

Wow what an amazing trip 29/07/24 from York to Gothland and then a steam train to Whitby . And other places in between . Our tour guide John was amazingly knowledgeable . Would recommend to anyone . Thank you John was amazing. I had booked it for a surprise for my husbands birthday and wow wasn’t disappointed . We had the best day ever and we’ve been on some tours . Again thank you John x

We had an absolutely fantastic day! We
went on Feb 18 and our tour guide Ben was amazing! ?

Despite starting the tour a little late due to some vehicle problem, the team worked incredibly hard and brought another bus all the way from lake district!! so our tour could still go ahead and give us an unforgettable day!!

Ben is a great storyteller and he took us to the most beautiful and picturesque locations, maximising the time we had by carefully planning the route which was
different to his usual. We greatly appreciated the efforts and loved the trip even more!

I just got back from the North York Moors and Whitby Day tour. It included a ride on the steam railway. I had a wonderful day. Our tour guide John was exceptional. His knowledge of the history and beauty of the area is impressive. Loved his stories. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for John!

Took the Yorkshire Dales day tour and John did a wonderful job as our guide. You get to see and experience many different towns and views of the dales, stopping at abbey ruins, a castle, a creamery, and others. Beautiful views throughout the trip, it gives you a taste and makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!
