My partner and I have returned from out first trip to Montenegro, organised by TF Travel.

It may have been a package holiday – but it felt like a bespoke experience tailored just for us. Every recommendation from Andy and the team was spot-on.

We arrived with eleven other people. As the arrival time was still in the morning, those eleven were all complaining that their rooms were not ready. Meanwhile, ours had early check-in arranged and we were in, unpacked and enjoying our first pina colada before the others had collected their keys.

We’d not asked or planned for this, but the team had just arranged this as standard. Who wants to have to sit and wait in a reception area after travelling for 6 hours?

When you’re on holiday, you expect for big things to be out of your control (like the weather). So it’s those little things that really make the big difference – for better or for worse.

TF Travel ensured that none of those little things became a big thing. It’s as if they pre-empted what might be an annoyance, and nipped it in the bud before we even noticed.

It’s this attention to detail that has made the service from TF Travel exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending them for any holiday travel needs.

We gave Andy an itinerary for a 3 week holiday to the east coast of the USA. With a few tweaks here and there we have a perfect itinerary which should give us plenty of time for site seeing (although NYC may mean another trip but hey ho).

Nothing has been too much for TF Travel to finalise this trip.

What better testimonial to give but to say that we have had the pleasure of being looked after by Les, Jenny, Andy and all their other lovely support staff for over 30 years following a very fortunate recommendation. Myself & my Wife have used the Services of TF Travel for many many years both for our holidays & also when I have travelled abroad on Business. Andy, Jenny & the Team have always provided the highest standard / quality of service, nothing is too much trouble in helping us in the planning & arranging of our holidays & trips, they are without question absolutely "Top Quality"

This was most definitely the case when we travelled to South Africa recently. We had a "Three Centre" location stay - Cape Town, Plettenburg & Pumba Game Reserve. The Accommodation, Transfers & personalised Excursions arranged by Andy were "Out of This World" especially the Game Reserve !!! Everything with the Resorts & Hotels were of the highest standard & our Tour Guides were so knowledgeable, professional & understanding to our requirements.

Even when we experienced a problem with an Internal Flight with British Airways (Nothing TF could have foreseen) Andy was "on the case" and we could just enjoy our holiday with no concerns about the issue & he found us an alternative. Other people staying at our resort who had booked their holiday with alternative travel companies experiencing the same issue did not have the same piece of mind as ourselves & were left to resolve the problems for themselves, Now that's what I call looking after your client.
