"This is definitely the best holiday apartment/house I have ever stayed in. The Loom is beautifully fitted out, with every facility one could ever need, and much more. We felt instantly at home here and had a very comfortable stay for the week. Karen was super friendly and it was really interesting to find out about the history of the building and her family. Everything in Kirkwall is within walking distance. Very handy to have free off-road parking as well. All in all, we really can't fault this place and would definitely recommend to friends/stay again"

This is definitely the best holiday apartment/house I have ever stayed in. The Loom is beautifully fitted out, with every facility one could ever need, and much more. I stayed in The Loom - a stunning apartment, superbly well equipped with everything you needed and more. Elegantly furnished, with extremely comfortable beds, on site parking and easy access to Kirkwall Centre. A perfect place to stay to enjoy the beauties of Orkney
