For having slight mechanical issues our driver was still able to make the experience phenomenal even with "Karens" on board. My husband and I loved the whole tour, got some nice souvenirs including a 21 year old whiskey from Bushmills, enjoyed some yummy pavlova and cappuccinos from a coffee shop down the street from the distillery(Mikes coffee shop) and learned some local lore on how the giants Causeways were created. Overall I would definitely recommend Allen's Tours to everyone!!

We had a brilliant trip with Kevin as our driver. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything we saw. He was honest from the outset that the coach had no heating due to an issue but would make sure we had a great day. We certainly did. Although the rope bridge is now closed to tours - it is open to the public which is a bit frustrating but again we knew this before we left. We were able to take photos of it from a viewing point. The dark hedges was a good photo op, they are not quite as impressive as I’m sure they once were but a must see nevertheless - the Hedges Hotel was quite expensive but a nice rest stop. Giants causeway was very impressive - sadly for us it was torrential rain and 70mph winds so very hard to enjoy and take photos but we made the most of it! The Nook pub at the start of the National Trust area was a nice place to warm up once we’d got back from the Causeway. Overall a great tour, could do with an extra stop between 1st and 2nd stops (was around 70mins I think) and a fully working coach but apart from that it’s a highly recommended tour with a great driver 👌🏼

4 of us went on the Giants Causeway tour and really enjoyed it
An 8 hour coach tour that took in all the sights we went to for £25 was unbelievable. Mark the driver was outstanding and made the trip special. We would recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

Trip was beyond expectations regarding stops and the Causeway experience. The driver was amazing with little stories along the route to make us laugh. Always gave timing for each stop, clear instructions of what to expect. Knew his Irish history and folk legends.
Loved him!! Giants or Science? You decide 🤔

Did the Giants Causeway tour and agree with the other lower reviews. Bus is hot- so much so that we are driving back in the rain and the windows are completely fogged up. Dangerous is an understatement. While the views have been beautiful- you really only get a VERY short time at stops- except the buffet place they apparently take everyone to. I had no issues with the restaurant. The food was quite good and the staff was equally friendly. I was very disappointed that we only had 25 min at Bushmills Distillery (and I mean exactly because he nearly left 3 people behind). By the time we were able to get off the bus, walk up, get in line for a sample of whiskey, we had 5 min left.
The reality is this is a long (distance) tour and given all the miles you have to cover- they simply pack in too much and too many people. And no- the bathroom on the bus will never work because they don’t want to clean it. Driver was late coming back to pick us up at Giants so we had to skip one of the GoT castles on the way back with some bs excuse about the bus behind us having a broken door. Clearly maintenance / safety is not a priority for this company.
The driver didn’t really speak or provide much history so you’d be better off renting a car for the day honestly so you aren’t rushed and have more comfort
